Eligibility

- Products must be returned in their original packaging.
- Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.
How to request a refund
Email us at aquapupsupport@gmail.com with your order number and, if the item is damaged, a photo of the problem. We will reply with the next steps and the return instructions.
Refund processing
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank may take several business days to show the credit.
Non-returnable items
Products that show signs of misuse, wear or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Replacements
